The list contains altogether 1250 taxa, including 1240 species and 10 infraspecific taxa; of them 993 species (+ 10 infraspecific taxa) are lichenized, 214 species are lichenicolous and 33 species are saprotrophic. Of all listed taxa, occurrence of 35 species in Estonia is doubtful as they were included in the list on literature data only (herbarium material not available). Furthermore, 48 species are considered extinct being not found in Estonia after 1950.
