The list contains altogether 1224 taxa, including 1213 species and 11 infraspecific taxa; of them 978 species (+ 11 infraspecific taxa) are lichenized, 203 species are lichenicolous and 32 species are saprotrophic. Of all listed taxa, occurrence of 34 species in Estonia is doubtful as they were included in the list on literature data only (herbarium material not available). Furthermore, 54 species are considered extinct being not found in Estonia after 1950.
